,On the final day that I worked with the students, we went through some puzzles together. It was really great for them to share their thinking for everyone to see. There were so many different approaches to solve the same puzzle. Some people wrote out all the steps, while others simplified the code by using "loops", and others even used "nested loops", something we had not yet learned. It was good for them to see that there isn't just one right solution when coding. I really loved how their faces lit up when they saw a different solution than their own and how they started to collaborate on new solutions. It was a great finale to a wonderful unit.
